What to Expect on Sunday Mornings

Every week we strive to creatively teach basic Biblical truths in exciting environments as well as helping the children apply them into their world at home, school, and play. We use a combination of drama, music, videos, hands-on activities, and small group discussions. hopetown is broken into three primary groups:

Downtown provides care for infants and toddlers. Our nursery staff and volunteers provide a loving and nurturing environment for the youngest of the children.

Midtown engages two-year-olds through Kindergarten age. This include "Wigglers Worship" and "Pee Wee Praise", which are active worship times which offers creative storytelling and music through drama and puppets. This is followed by small group time in which includes children participate in fun age-appropriate hands-on activities that reinforce the message they heard.

Uptown is for children grades 1st - 5th grade. Upon arriving to uptown, kids are greeted by small group leaders and engaged in activity stations with fun games and crafts related to the theme for the day. We then offer a large group experience which offers a variety of music, games, and creative teaching, followed by small group discussions and activities.

Your child's safey
Using our computer-based check-in process, each family is given a unique code for each child which is used during child pick-ups. All of our staff and volunteers are carefully screened with background and reference checks and trained to provide safe and quality environments.
