Unleash the Dream

WHAT?
Unleash the Dream is a one-year capital campaign with a goal of 1.2 million dollars!

WHEN?
Unleash the Dream will start January 17, 2010 and end on Vision Day VIII, February 14, 2010.

1. January 17th - Campaign overview and launch of Unleash the Dream
2. January 24th - Saving the Lost
3. January 31st - Serving the Least
4. February 7th - Securing the Leadership
5. February 14th - Vision Day VIII Celebration and Unleash the Dream Offering

WHY?
Simply put, due to the economy and lack of follow through, we fell $600,000 short on our pledges for the Legacy of Hope Capital Campaign. Moreover, this is our first year at this campus so we need to set the trajectory for years to come! Unleash the Dream will provide the momentum and means to recapture that shortfall and go after Reaching the Lost, Serving the Least, and Securing the Leadership required to take newhope church into a bold and courageous future for Christ!

HOW?
The first $660,000 will be to recover the Legacy of Hope $600 K shortfall and remain true to our original financial plan, as well as responsible and reliable to our financier, Dr. Craig Dunn and The Wesleyan Investment Foundation. We will tithe (10%) on that $600,000 ($60,000) right off the top to go immediately to Saving the Lost, Serving the Least, and Securing the Leadership needed to carry us into the future. Thus, leaving $600,000 to fulfill our original commitment to WIF. Anything beyond $660 K will be evenly divided amongst Saving the Lost, Serving the Least, and Securing the Leadership! Hopefully we will reach our goal of 1.2 million, thus leaving $600,000 to go after these three God honoring initiatives!
