At newhope church, we believe in using all the creative arts (music, drama, dance, visual arts, multimedia, etc) to reach out to people in a fresh and creative way. We also believe that the arts play a valuable role in the lives of believers at newhope. The people who are involved in our worship arts ministries attend newhope on a regular basis. They feel gifted and called by God to use their gifts to serve our congregation through the creative arts.

How Do I Get Involved?

> Rhythm Sections (piano, guitar, bass, drums, and percussion)
> Vocalists (melody, alto, and tenor)
> Actors (male and female age 13+)
> Technicians (sound and video operators, lights, and computer graphics)

What Are the Requirements?

> Commitment to newhope as your church home
> Attending for at least two months consistently (preferred 3 months)
> A member or in process of becoming a member (Abundant Life Seminars)
> Passion and skill in ministry area

How Do I Get Connected?

Auditions/Assessments are required for all WAM ministry areas. This process varies from one ministry to another. Musicians, vocalists, and dancers can contact Pastor Adam to request more information or to set up an audition/assessment for a particular ministry area. For vocalists and musicians, this process also includes a probationary period where ability continues to undergo assessment until a final decision is reached.
